Barry, or Uncle Barry as we know him has been in the electrical field for 42 years. Born and raised in the trade Barry grew up watching his father, Hugh, build Prouse Electric from the ground up. Learning the trade through his father and older brothers Barry developed his skills and is known to have the neatest residential panel that most have seen.
Working primarily in residential Barry has been a part of many years of development within the town of Tillsonburg including subdivisions like Baldwin Place and many apartment buildings. Over the years Barry has trained and mentored many talented young apprentices coming up through the trade. He is known for his quick wit and the ability to give you a nickname that will stick for life.
Married to his wife Paula for 33 years, they enjoy the life of country living, snowmobiling, quadding and watching their many nieces and nephews grow up.
Barry is looking forward to the path of the family business, leading him into the final chapter of his career.
A new addition to Prouse Supply,Kristy comes with an experienced background in Procurement and Inventory Management, Customer Service and all aspects of supply chain and logistics. With an education background in Distribution and Logistics Management and a goal to achieve her SCMP in the works, Kristy is motivated to keep our shelves in tip top shape for an exceptional experience in our supply warehouse.
Kristy is a proud single mom of a little boy who is the love of her life! Raising a young boy along with 2 boxers and 3 kitties, Kristy shares this beautiful life with a supportive partner. With her family close by, she cherishes every moment.
Kristy enjoys spending her time doing anything outdoors, camping, boating, hiking, bonfire are some of her favourites. Kristy loves to write, play the piano and ride horses. She is always up for great adventures accompanied by good food and drinks.

Jodi joined the team at Prouse in 2022 after a long and successful career working for a company for 29 years. With over 30 years of accounting experience Jodi is thrilled to be working in her hometown of Tillsonburg for a family owned business that aligns with her personal values of family first.
Jodi is a proud mom to her 2 children, her son Matt who recently completed a BA in business with a major in marketing has been an avid hockey and soccer player. Her daughter Amy, currently in her second year of University majoring in Psychology is an accomplished swimmer and continues these accomplishments as a varsity swimmer. Spending their childhood at the arena and the pool, Jodi was naturally involved through Hockey Mom’s, a board member of the swim team and a convenor for Minor Soccer.
Jodi is passionate about her work and loves the environment with her co-workers, she is excited to see where this new adventure takes the team.
For over 20 years Dave has worked in the Electrical field. With a valid 309A Journeyman Electrician license, Dave has experienced the industrial, commercial and residential industries. With an extensive mechanical background and several trade related tickets, Dave is well versed in the industry. Dave worked as an Electrician with Prouse Electric. Although it may be hard to put down the tools, Dave is enthusiastic about his role in the Warehouse supporting the contractors that come in. Knowing first hand what it’s like on the other side, Dave is passionate about offering exceptional service.
Dave and his wife reside in Norfolk with their two cats. He enjoys spending his time catching the monster Northern Pike, camping and is a very talented musician. Dave plays guitar and sings vocals with a local band and is passionate about his music.
We are fortunate to have Dave’s experience and expertise behind the counter ready to service our contractors and customers.
With a fulfilling career focused on relationship building, working with people and leading teams, Jodi has joined the family business in the role of our Brand Officer, bringing her skills and talents along with her. She couldn’t be more excited!

Working in the industrial sector Cody had a desire for learning something new. Seeking out a career in the trades he knew that there was much to learn and he was looking for a career that gave him a daily variety in the work he was doing. Obtaining his Gas Technician II license and apprenticing as a 313D air conditioning apprentice Cody enjoys being challenged and learning through doing. Learning early on from his grandfather, a custom home builder, the importance of hard work Cody likes to stay busy with a project. From his career to his hobbies Cody is well versed in home renovations and working in his shop on vehicles.
Working with Prouse Electric and Mechanical on the 2 year Dover Wharf project was a career highlight for Cody. He enjoyed the atmosphere, the co-workers and the many different trades that were onsite at the project on a daily basis.
Cody and his wife welcomed a son in 2022, starting their family along with their 3 dogs and many home renovations, they are excited about their new lifestyle.
Cody is enthusiastic about his role with Prouse Supply, although it will be a change of pace his wealth of knowledge and drive for learning will be an asset in the growth of not only the company but as a driven team member.
Cody is looking forward to welcoming his fellow contractors into the warehouse and is eager to help them with their needs.
Erin is a fresh new addition to the Prouse Supply team and so is her role. We are excited for our customers to meet Erin as they experience our newly renovated, luxury Kitchen and Bath Showroom.
After studying art in school, Erin came into a career in the medical field working locally for 10 years; she always had a passion for interior design. In 2018 Erin and her husband welcomed their third daughter. Pausing on her Medical role, Erin stayed home and raised the girls until they were in school. This pause allowed Erin the time and space to make her dreams come true. Erin began her studies as an Interior Designer,now, as a full time working mom Erin continues those studies and is thrilled to be following her dreams.
Passionate about helping others, Erin is looking forward to helping our homeowners design beautiful spaces while being an expert in our Brands. Getting to know a client and their design sense can be challenging. Erin thrives in the fun of this challenge and is excited to help clients with a design plan, colour scheme, and choosing the right finishes for the space.
